i don't think anyone else besides me loved this collection. it was after phoebe philo left the brand and paulo melim andersson took over...it got quite bad reviews.
imo, fromthe '70s-'60s inspired silhouttes and color palette to the frilly, embellished dresses it is irresistibly charming and pretty and chic.

this bag is from a hungarian online auction website, i got it for a really ridiculous price... the woman who sold it told me that it was quite old and they had found it in an abandoned flat :O who leaves behind such a treasure?! i have no idea if it's real or fake mulberry, all i know is that it's made of the finest and softest leather i've ever seen...

on an other note, i've never really noticed, but this girl is soooo beautiful! she's so natural, she definitely stands out in the sea of all those and talentless, dumb, plastic 'bombshells' led by megan fox, kim kardashian and the likes...

although we don't have din sko (along with other cool swedish brands) here in hungary, but did you know that you can actually buy anything they sell in sweden (e.g. acne, monki, vagabond, cheap monday etc.) if you send a mail to this girl? you just have to tell her what you wanna get and she buys and sends it for you!! of course you have to pay for the shipping but how cool is that?!

meet my new favourite designer

i am a huge fan of scandinavian design, whether it be architecture, book covers, furniture or -of course- clothes. the swedes are especially good in all this, but there's a finnish designer who really caught my attention lately.

his name is heikki salonen. he's 31, attended numerous fashion schools, including the prestigous royal college of art in london, interned at preen and erdem, and made a spring collection that i'm pretty much in love with...



it's so simple, so effortless and a bit dark, just the way i like it...

what the hell is going on here?!?

it's been raining non-stop for more than a week now, it's so depressing... did we just skip summer and it's already autumn?? it' not that cold though, i only wore the beanie because i don't like to hold the umbrella :)
