possible diy?

i'm head over heels in love with these shoes. i pay a visit to the topshop website 2-3 times a day to see if they're still there. i want them so bad :(
i hope they're still gonna be there in 2 weeks when i visit london...so fingers crossed! or maybe i should consider buying some cheap sneakers from h&m and sewing a zillion sequins on it...
what do you think?
